What do we do?
At Maquinox we specialize in the manufacture of precision busbars and fine and medium boilers, adapting to the technical needs of each client. We work both based on technical documentation provided and actively collaborating in the development and optimization of the product, from the conceptual phase to its industrialization.
We use 3D design systems (CAD) and CAM programming to guarantee efficient integration between engineering and production. Our ERP platform allows comprehensive management of the entire production process: from the preparation of the technical and economic offer, through production planning, to the traceability and shipment of the final product.
Our know-how, combined with modern technology, allows us to offer agile, precise solutions adapted to the demands of the electrical, renewable and industrial sectors.
How do we do it?
At Maquinox we have state-of-the-art equipment for the manipulation, deformation and transformation of sheet metal and plate, including robotic machinery for automated precision processes.
We have the necessary resources to integrate complementary operations such as:
• MIG, TIG, LASER and spot welding.
• Bending and stamping with a press.
• Insertion of elements (inserts, bolts, nuts).
• Riveting and assembly of sub-assemblies.
• Laser cleaning of welding.
• Surface treatments and protective coatings.
• Screen printing and personalized technical marking.
We also offer assembly and assembly services for complete assemblies, ensuring quality and traceability at each stage of the production process.
Quality control and delivery
Both in the final phase of the production process and during the production process, we carry out quality control to guarantee compliance with the technical specifications, regulations and requirements established by our customers.
Once the product has been validated, we proceed with packaging according to specific instructions, ensuring its protection and traceability throughout transport.
Finally, we manage logistics and delivery to the customer's facilities, guaranteeing punctuality and security in each shipment.
